Leticia Scottini is an Uruguayan visual artist, actress, theatre director, playwright, and educator based in Latvia and Uruguay.

For more than two decades, storytelling has been at the center of her artistic life. While theatre often meant stepping into other people’s stories, painting became her most intimate language: a place of peaceful presence, and emotional truth.

Since childhood, painting and making art has been a place of peace, curiosity and inner connection that continues to shape the way she experiences the world. She thinks visually: through atmosphere, color, emotion, and form. Her multidisciplinary background in theatre, acting and design continues to influence her atmospheric approach to painting.

Through figurative paintings rich in softness, symbolism, and quiet presence, she explores inner light, authenticity, and the beauty and life that exists underneath. Her work invites moments of intimacy, reflection, and emotional connection.
